If your site has a contact form, analytics or embeds, visitors reasonably want to know what happens to their information. A privacy page and, where it applies, a cookie notice are how you tell them. We are not a law firm, so we do not write them for you, but we do the building and placement.
What we handle
We create the page, link it from your footer and from any form so visitors can find it, and place a cookie notice where one fits your setup. We make sure it does not cover the content or trap a mobile visitor behind a banner that will not close.
We describe, in plain language, what your site actually does: forms that send messages, analytics that count visits, embedded maps or videos. That list is what your counsel will need to review.
Where notices appear
- ✓Footer link — on every page, in the same place
- ✓Near forms — a short line saying how answers are used
- ✓Cookie banner — only if your tools set cookies that need one
- ✓Terms page — if you have terms for services
Who writes the legal text
The wording of a privacy policy has legal effect, and what applies depends on where you operate and whom you serve. Have your attorney or a qualified advisor approve the text. We can place it as-is, format it for readability and update it when told.
What we will not do is copy another company’s policy or tell you that a notice makes your site compliant with any law. A notice is one piece of how you treat information, not a stamp of approval.
What to bring
- ✓Approved policy text — from your counsel or advisor
- ✓List of tools you use — analytics, forms, embeds, chat
- ✓Contact route for requests — where privacy questions go
- ✓Where you operate — so your advisor can assess it
What to expect, honestly
- ✓No legal advice — we are not a law firm
- ✓No compliance claims — placement is not legal approval
- ✓No policy generator output as final — your counsel decides
