Pressure washing is an impulse-adjacent purchase: a homeowner looks at a green driveway on Saturday and wants a number by Sunday. The form should feel like a text message, short, with surfaces they can tap and a place to attach a picture of what bothers them.
Surfaces as tap-able choices
Offer large buttons: driveway, walkway, patio, deck, siding, roof, fence, other. Let them select several. Next, ask for rough size ("one car, two car, large") and what the problem is: dirt, mildew, oil, rust, paint prep.
Each answer changes the work. Roof soft washing, for example, is a different process from concrete cleaning, and the form should reveal that you know the difference without a lecture.
The short list of fields
- ✓Surfaces — tap all that apply
- ✓Approximate size — by car count, rooms or feet
- ✓Issue — mildew, oil, rust, general dirt
- ✓Address or town — for service area
- ✓Preferred day — this week, next week, flexible
Photos do the estimating
Most requests can be priced from one photo. Photo upload is scoped separately with us, and until then the confirmation email can ask visitors to reply with a picture. It is a small step that cuts the number of site visits.
The form arrives in your email with spam filtered and every answer in a tidy list.
Make the page work harder
- ✓Put a before-and-after above the form — proof beats words
- ✓List towns — so out-of-area requests stay out
- ✓Note water access — some jobs need a spigot
- ✓Mention weather — rain days reschedule
Bundles and repeat visits
Customers often add a second surface once they see a price. A line under the form, "Add a driveway when you book siding", prompts the bundle. Annual or seasonal repeat cleaning is another easy yes, so offer a "remind me next spring" checkbox.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not write pricing — surface and size decide it
- ✓Photo uploads are scoped separately — ask us about timing
- ✓We do not take payment on the form — it only collects details
