Must-haves and pitfalls for youth programs
- Protect children. Do not publish kids' full names or photos without parent consent. Show activities, hands, art and crafts instead of faces.
- Parent-facing info. Pickup rules, who is allowed to collect a child and staff screening should be clear, never hidden in a PDF.
- Keep sign-up simple. Ask for the minimum on a public form and move medical details to a private step.
- State what you offer honestly. Do not claim outcomes. Describe activities and supervision.

The only cost is Website Care, $30 a month. It pays for hosting, the HTTPS padlock, backups, weekly checks, A/B testing and small edits. Posting summer camp dates or a new pickup time is a small edit that we make for you. Recurring plans can be canceled anytime.
