Hiring through social posts and word of mouth works until it does not. A careers page gives you one address to put on every job post, so people can read what the role involves and apply without searching through messages.
Two ways to take applications
The first way is a link. If you already use a hiring tool, each role on your page gets an Apply button that opens that tool. Your applicants, resumes and notes stay where you already manage them, and we avoid creating a second place to check.
The second way is a simple form on the page. Applicants type their details and attach a resume, and the message arrives in an inbox you choose. That suits a shop or office that fills a few roles a year and has no hiring software.
What each role listing includes
- ✓Role title and type — full time, part time, seasonal or contract
- ✓What the work involves — a short list of daily tasks in plain words
- ✓Requirements — separate must-haves from nice-to-haves
- ✓Location and schedule — so people self-select before applying
Handling resumes responsibly
Resumes carry home addresses, work history and sometimes more. We keep the form short, tell applicants how their details are used and send submissions only to the people you name. When a role closes, we help you mark it as filled so applicants are not left wondering.
We do not build applicant accounts or a login area. Each application is a one-time submission, and your own tools hold anything beyond that.
What to gather
- ✓Current openings — titles, descriptions and pay range if you share it
- ✓Your hiring link — if you already use a tool
- ✓Who receives applications — one person or a shared inbox
- ✓A few lines about your team — why people like working with you
What to expect, honestly
- ✓No applicant tracking — we do not build hiring software
- ✓No screening or ranking — we deliver applications, you decide
- ✓No account areas — applicants submit once and are done
